Kesak folks

So in an attempt of filling some hungover moments at work I thought I would muse over the next Dinner Club installment. I have decided after much deliberation that I will be cooking a Lebanese inspired menu, it will probably be a bit like the below. Members who have an aversion to aubergine and tomato beware.

Draft Menu

Starter
Arak Fakra Cocktails (if I can find said spirit)
Hellie’s Mezze delight

Main
Lebanese Wine
Minced Lamb with Aubergine and Tomato (or maybe just a vegetarian version if i get fed up making 2 dishes)
Rice
Lebanese Bread

Dessert
Minted Tea
I will have to put some thought into this as I don’t actually like Lebanese desserts, its Baklawa and Dates in Syrup etc.
